Give us the forms you've been using and we'll make online versions which will be quick and easy for everyone to complete.

This ensures requests only go to referees that meet your criteria - any unexpected choices are caught promptly and easily handled.

Step 3 - we make it easy for the referee to do their bit

The referee receives our polite email, clicks their secure personal link and lands on a beautifully crafted reference request page - in your branding.

And if a referee is short of time, we can offer a shorter "essentials only" version* of the reference so nothing stalls.

* with your approval - you decide whether the essentials version is offered and what questions it contains.

Full oversight, right inside onboarding

Referencing progress appears in your onboarding overview - so you can see exactly where every referee stands at a glance.

Completed references are securely stored, encrypted at rest on our UK-based servers.

If you wish, we can save duplicate copies to your preferred storage - and you can download a zip file of all documents at any time.
