All Jobs Pro - Microsoft 365 (Teams & Calendar) Integration: Terms of Service

    Last updated: 14 August 2025

These Terms govern your use of the Microsoft 365 integration provided by us. By granting Microsoft consent to the Integration, you agree to these Terms. If you have a master services agreement or order form with All Jobs Pro, that agreement prevails where it conflicts with these Terms.

    1) Purpose of the Integration

The Integration exists to make it easier to book interviews. When authorised by you, we will:

    • Create and update calendar events related to interviews.
    • Create Microsoft Teams online meetings and attach the join link to those events.
    • Process attendee names/emails, event titles, dates/times, location or online link, and basic notes you provide.
    • Optionally create or use a dedicated calendar (e.g., "All Jobs Pro") within your mailbox to keep interview activity separate.

Typical Microsoft Graph scopes requested (as shown on Microsoft's consent screen): Calendars.ReadWrite, OnlineMeetings.ReadWrite, offline_access, and basic profile.

    2) What the Integration does not do

    • We never see or store your Microsoft password; authentication happens on Microsoft's servers.
    • We do not access resources beyond the granted Microsoft Graph permissions.
    • We do not sell your data or use it for advertising or profiling.

    3) Your responsibilities

    • Ensure you have authority to grant consent on behalf of your organisation.
    • Maintain your tenant security (e.g., MFA, Conditional Access) and revoke access when appropriate.
    • Use the Integration lawfully and in line with your internal policies.

    4) Data access & handling

    • Tokens. We store Microsoft OAuth refresh tokens encrypted at rest so the connection remains active without repeated sign-ins. Access tokens are short-lived.
    • Calendar/meeting data. Calendar items live in your Microsoft 365 tenant (Exchange Online). We process only what is needed to create and manage interview events.
    • Retention. Refresh tokens are retained while the Integration remains connected and are deleted within 30 days after you disconnect, or after 90 days of inactivity, whichever is sooner. Operational logs may be retained for up to 90 days for security and troubleshooting.
    • Location & sub-processors. Microsoft hosts Microsoft 365/Teams. All Jobs Pro hosting and any sub-processors used to deliver the Integration are available on request.

    5) Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including TLS in transit, encryption at rest for tokens and sensitive fields, access controls, and monitoring. No method is 100% secure; you acknowledge residual risk inherent in online services.

    6) Privacy & data protection

Each party acts as an independent controller for personal data in its own systems. Where All Jobs Pro processes personal data to provide the Integration, we do so in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. A Data Processing Addendum is available on request.

    7) Availability & changes

The Integration depends on Microsoft services and APIs. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may modify or suspend features (for example, if Microsoft changes or withdraws an API).

    8) Fees

Any fees are as set out in your agreement or order form with All Jobs Pro.

    9) Term & termination

These Terms start when you grant consent and continue until you revoke consent or we terminate on reasonable notice. On termination we revoke our access and delete stored refresh tokens as described above.

    10) Third-party services (Microsoft)

Your use of Microsoft 365, Teams, and Graph remains governed by your agreements with Microsoft. We are not responsible for Microsoft's services or availability.

    11) Warranties & disclaimers

The Integration is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

    12) Liability cap

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the Integration is limited to the fees paid to All Jobs Pro for the Integration in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or loss of data/business.

    13) Indemnity (misuse)

You will indemnify All Jobs Pro against third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the Integration or breach of these Terms.

    14) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-product or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

    15) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
