How to arrange automatic phone screening?
1. In the ATS simply select the candidates you want to phone screen (you can select all).

2. Click on Phone screen

3. Review the questions you want candidates to answer

4. Preview the email inviting candidates

4. Click "Send"

What about the candidate experience?
1. Candidates receive your email which includes an easy to follow explanation of the process.

2. Candidates call the Phone First line and our thoughtfully designed system asks your questions at a pace that's just right and puts candidates at ease.
3. Candidates' answers are recorded and stored securely.
4. Candidates can listen back and re-record their answers (this is optional and configurable).
5. Once candidates have answered your questions they are thanked during the call and also afterwards with a friendly email.

We recommend a mixture of of situational and behavioral questions, here are a few examples:
