• Job Wrapping is a LinkedIn service that pulls job listings from your career site or Applicant Tracking System (ATS) – like All Jobs Pro – and posts them on LinkedIn as Basic Jobs.
• This service not only automates job posting but also allows you to sponsor key roles using LinkedIn Job Slots, giving your key vacancies heightened visibility and better reach.

What are Job Slots

• Job Slots are positions you purchase on LinkedIn to promote specific job postings, giving them enhanced visibility and priority in search results and recommendations on LinkedIn.
• Job Slots enable you to prioritise and promote your most important roles, ensuring they appear in targeted recommendations and job search results, maximising their visibility to the right audience.
• The number of Job Slots available to you is determined by your LinkedIn plan, so you can choose a package that best fits your recruitment needs.
• To designate a job for one of your LinkedIn Job Slots, just click the designated button within the All Jobs Pro ATS (see below)

How it works

• Streamlined Job Ingestion: All Jobs Pro provides an XML feed of your current job adverts to LinkedIn, ensuring LinkedIn consistently retrieves accurate and up-to-date job information without the need for any manual copy and pasting.
• Choose your Jobs Slots: To designate a job for one of your LinkedIn Job Slots, just click the "Add to Job Slot" button in All Jobs Pro ATS.
• Job Slot Management: You can change which jobs are in your Job Slots at any time.
• Automated back covering: [coming soon] If a job expires you can choose a new one but if you forget All Jobs Pro will notify you and automatically suggest a role that might need extra support which you can then approve (or choose an alternate)
