Monitoring equality and diversity
All Jobs Pro helps with your Equal Opportunities Monitoring by asking each candidate to complete a short form.
Candidates do not have to complete the form and whether they chose to complete the form or not makes no difference to their application.
The answers candidates give are not be connected to them individually or stored alongside their application. The information can only be used to build an anonymous overview of the make-up of the workforce in encouraging equality and diversity.
To view the Equality Monitoring report:
1. go to Admin > Reports
2. Choose which period to view
3. All Jobs Pro can report on Age, Gender, Ethnicity, Disability and Religion
