• We’ll send your jobs to Community Care Jobs automatically.
• Community Care Jobs advertises your roles to their large audience of qualified social care professionals.
• Candidates are directed to your careers microsite (powered by All Jobs Pro) to apply - so your preferred application method for each role is always respected, whether that’s by your application form or CV.
• Applications are received directly into your All Jobs Pro ATS, ready for review alongside your other candidates.
• Candidates who applied via Community Care Jobs are clearly identified (see below).
• Sift, arrange interviews, regret etc in the usual way
• When you update a candidate’s status to ‘Hired’ (and they applied via Community Care Jobs) we’ll email you to confirm and add the charge to your All Jobs Pro account.
• If you don't hire the candidate(s) that came from Community Care Jobs then no charge applies.
