Role Summary 

As the Microsoft Dynamics F&SCM Technical Architect, you will lead the design, implementation, and support of Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management solutions. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the platform evolves in line with business needs - delivering scalable, high-quality solutions that support strategic goals.
In addition to technical leadership, you’ll mentor junior team members, promote knowledge sharing, and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team culture. 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Lead the full lifecycle of Dynamics 365 F&SCM solutions, from design to deployment and support

  • Maintain performance, manage upgrades, and ensure integration with other systems

  • Customise and implement solutions aligned with business needs and enterprise architecture

  • Oversee configuration, data models, and extensions, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery

  • Collaborate with Architects, Developers, and stakeholders to define and deliver solutions

  • Support project planning, estimations, and coordination with external partners

  • Mentor junior team members and promote a culture of continuous learning

  • Resolve complex issues and design scalable, secure technical solutions

  • Share knowledge and drive innovation through best practices and new features

Experience
  • 5+ years of experience implementing, customising, configuring, deploying, and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM solutions. 
  • Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 F&SCM modules and functionalities, including Advanced Warehouse Management. 
  • Strong background in software development and architecture. 
  • Proficient in X++ development, .NET framework, and Common Intermediate Language (CIL). 
  • Experience in customisation and extension of Dynamics 365 F&SCM using Visual Studio. 
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft ALM, including code/data release management and Azure DevOps. 
  • Experience integrating Dynamics 365 using Dual Write, Azure Service Bus, Logic Apps, and Power Automate. 
  • Skilled in data integration, reporting tools (SSRS, FetchXML), and environment management.
  • Proven experience working with Azure services and cloud-based integration components.
  • Experience leading and mentoring technical teams and supporting junior team members.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional, collaborative team environment. 

Qualifications
  • BS/BA in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). 
  • Relevant Microsoft certificates in:  
  1. Dynamics 365 F&SCM 
  1. Azure (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure DevOps) 
  1. Security and Integration (as applicable)
