Hear from the team

I was drawn here by both the purpose and the people. The belief that success comes from looking after people and customers is evident in so many ways. We are a team that looks after each other and others. I love hearing from our customers, understanding their journeys and am in awe of their bravery. Everything we do is in service of them living their best life. I couldn’t ask for a more rewarding purpose than that.

Tamsin Bradford, Customer Experience Director

Our culture guides us in the quality of service we provide and the care with which we go about it, and it’s what makes Fittleworth such a special place to work. The warmth and welcome from associates were a huge draw to wanting to be part of the company’s future. It’s one of the rare companies where people do what they say they do, always putting the client’s needs first.
