Do you want to work for a supportive, caring Charity, who helps people live their own lives?

Are you a flexible team player, who can think outside the box ?

Would you like to do something interesting every day ?

£22,470.24 per annum Hours 37.5 per week to include some weekends, bank holidays and evenings subject to agreed rotas.

The Aldingbourne Trust is committed to the people we support, who live in their own homes in the community, by helping them manage their day-to-day lives and realise their dreams.

We actively encourage people to pursue their dreams, and to try out new experiences. We would welcome anyone with a sense of adventure, enthusiasm, and lots of passion to apply.

Living an ‘ordinary’ life means being able to enjoy meaningful activities whether that be physical, social or leisure - such as visiting pubs, clubs, trips to the theatre, joining a gym or fitness class or simply sitting down and planning our week ahead. One day you may be supporting someone to menu plan a grocery shop, and the next you may be out to the cinema or to a concert.

People we support have varied abilities; most need support with shopping, cooking, cleaning, and generally managing their home. Due to the nature of the job, support workers are required to use their car to get from one location to the next, and very occasionally to take clients in their car (mileage will be reimbursed).

We are recruiting Full-time including weekend all hours may be determined by the applicant’s preference during interview or job offer.

The Aldingbourne Trust offers a competitive benefits package to all of our staff:

      • Bicycle voucher scheme / Eye care vouchers
      • Discounted gym membership
      • Fully funded Blue Light Card (discounts include 20% of Bills, Toby, Burger King and discounts of many high street stores)
      • 10% staff discount at Seasons Nursery (based at Aldingbourne Country Centre)
      • 10% in ACC shop, ACC café, Horticulture, MAKE, and MAKE Café.
      • Employee Assistance Programme
      • Peer Support Groups – Menopause Support, Mental Health First Aid, and Neurodiversity
      • Staff and volunteer awards - quarterly
      • £200 refer a friend scheme (payable when the new person starts)
      • Discount at Goodwood Spa 2025/26 ( part of our Charity Partnership )

Don’t miss this incredible opportunity to join our supportive and adventurous team. Apply today!!

Please contact Dan Bryant or Karen Allen on 01243 838536 if you would like to find out more about the roles available.
