Student Welcome Officer (Casual) (Receptionist)

West Dean's Bloomsbury Campus - KLC School of Design - is recruiting Casual Student Welcome Officers (Receptionists) to provide front-of-house and reception support at our campus as required.

You’ll greet and register visitors, respond to enquiries, manage calls and emails, complete daily administrative tasks, support student spaces and events, and help maintain a professional and welcoming campus environment.

This role offers flexible shifts across weekdays, evenings and weekends — ideal alongside study or other commitments.

We’re looking for people with customer service and admin experience, strong communication skills, good IT knowledge and the ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: £13.91 per hour plus holiday pay (£15.59 per hour)
