Student Welcome Officer (Receptionist)

West Dean's Bloomsbury Campus - KLC School of Design - is seeking a Student Welcome Officer (receptionist) to support the day-to-day running of our campus reception and student welcome area.

You’ll be responsible for welcoming students, tutors and visitors, handling enquiries in person, by phone and email, managing daily admin tasks, supporting events, and helping ensure the campus runs smoothly and professionally at all times.

This is a permanent, part-time role (29 hours per week over 3 days, including one weekend day) in a vibrant creative education environment.

We’re looking for someone with strong customer service and administrative experience, excellent communication skills, good IT confidence, and the ability to stay calm and organised in a busy setting.

Salary: £20,980.51 per annum (£25,321.30 FTE)
