Join our team at West Dean and be part of something truly special. We’re looking for an Assistant Food Services Manager to help deliver outstanding hospitality across our food and beverage outlets, including the College Dining Room, Gardens Restaurant, tea rooms, bar, and private events.
In this hands-on role, you’ll be a visible leader: supporting and motivating staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and delivering the highest standards of food, service, and cleanliness. From mentoring team members to managing stock and driving quality, you’ll help create memorable experiences for students, visitors, and guests.
