We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Business Manager who will play an integral role in the school’s Senior Leadership Team. You will be responsible for a diverse range of activities including the financial and administrative operations within the school, HR, procurement, facilities management and health and safety. You will also have line management responsibility for a number of our professional services staff.

Although it would be beneficial if you have experience of working within an education setting, your general finance and business management experience is more important to us and, you will receive a full induction.

You will need to be able to demonstrate the following key skills and abilities:

Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships including stakeholder engagement Ability to persuade, motivate, negotiate and influence Ability to self-direct, work on own initiative whilst contributing as a team member

Berewood Primary is a 2-form entry primary school located in the heart of the west of Waterlooville development. Our school was newly built in 2014 and has grown in size over the years and we now have almost 420 pupils on roll.
