The University of Chichester Conservatoire has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Lecturer to support the delivery of the BA (Hons) Charity Development and Arts Development programmes.

The subject areas to be delivered will include (though are not exclusively): understanding the third-sector; donor psychology; individual giving and fundraising data management.

In this role you will be responsible for updating module content, teaching face-to-face, preparing and marking assessments, and providing one-to-one tutorial support to students on your module(s).

To be successful in your application you will be able to demonstrate knowledge of current initiatives underpinning the subject area and be familiar with complex and conceptual ideas in multiple areas relevant to the role. You will also have experience of fundraising in the not-for-profit sector that incorporates a period sufficient to have managed a full cycle of cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.

This is a fixed term contract for the 2021/22 academic year for between 36 and 72 hours each semester.
