Evening Team Leader
37 hours per week - 4pm-12am

We are looking for an enthusiastic, positive and driven individual to join our team. You will manage a team of night workers who work with our clients across Chichester and Arun. You will love supporting others and helping them to progress and achieve their goals. Your positive attitude towards your work and your team will help to contribute to a great working environment. You will have a calm and personable manner and be able to handle potentially difficult situations.

Your working hours will be between 4pm to 12am, will include some weekends and bank holidays as well as all call duties, to ensure you can manage the night staff and have time with the day staff.

Previous experience in this type of work is not essential but you will have a real passion for wanting to work with homeless people. Your values will match ours; you will be committed to helping others and enjoy the real job satisfaction that this brings.

This role will be based in Chichester, with regular travel required to our services in Chichester and Arun. A clean, valid driving licence and access to a car will be essential.

Enhanced DBS

Language skills and a full UK or equivalent driving license are beneficial, but not essential
