Turn collaboration into success as our Partnerships & Alliances ManageR

Novatech is growing, and to support this exciting journey we’re introducing this brilliant new role that is vital to our ongoing success.

About the Role:

As Partnerships & Alliances Manager, you will drive growth through strategic collaborations and alliances.

This is an exciting opportunity for you if you thrive on building relationships, spotting opportunities, and delivering results. In this pivotal role, you will lead the development and management of high‑impact partnerships. You will identify new opportunities, strengthen existing alliances, and work closely with internal teams to ensure mutual success.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute partnership strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Manage and grow alliances with key industry stakeholders
  • Negotiate agreements that deliver value for all parties
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to maximise outcomes
  • Monitor and report on partnership performance

About You:

We are looking for someone who brings proven experience in partnerships, alliances, or business development, with a track record of building and sustaining relationships that deliver measurable results. You will be confident in navigating complex stakeholder environments and skilled at identifying opportunities that align with strategic objectives.

Strong communication and influencing skills are essential, enabling you to engage effectively at all levels, from senior executives to operational teams. Your commercial acumen will allow you to spot potential synergies, negotiate agreements, and ensure that partnerships generate real value for both sides.

Equally important is a collaborative mindset and a genuine drive for shared success. You will thrive in working across functions, bringing people together to achieve common goals. In addition, adaptability and resilience are key, as this role operates in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly and creative problem-solving is often required.

What working at Novatech means for you:

There are heaps of other perks when working for us! For starters, we’re an accredited 'Great Place to Work', as voted by our amazing staff via the 'Great Place to Work' engagement survey.

We embrace a non-corporate vibe and believe that when you can be your authentic self, that you enjoy your work more and take greater pride in what you do.  We respect the skills and experiences everyone brings to the business - and we'll support you with delivering the ideas and strategies you bring to the table to support our growth journey.

We’re all about your wellbeing and regularly organise team events, employee awards, and charity dos. We also care about the environment and have won awards for our efforts, which include being a net positive business (meaning we put more energy back into the grid than we use – which we are super proud of!).

Work life balance is important to us.  As part of our hybrid working arrangements, you'll initially be working in the office every day for at least the first month to complete your induction training, after this, you'll be working in the office for a minimum of 3 days a week. We are really lucky as we have good transport links to the office for when you come in, alongside free staff parking and a lockable bike shed for if you drive or ride.

Our benefits in a nutshell:

  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (with the chance to buy additional days)
  • Health plan scheme
  • Upskilling apprenticeship training
  • Cycle to work
  • Employee Assistance Programme
  • Staff discounts
  • Social and wellbeing events
  • Hybrid working (after training period)
  • A great breakout room
  • Kitchen and shower facilities
