Join our dynamic Warehouse Team as a Facilities and Maintenance Operative!
Are you ready to bring your positive energy and cleaning expertise to our vibrant Novatech site? We're on the hunt for a friendly and proactive Facilities and Maintenance Operative to keep our warehouse clean, tidy and running smoothly.
What you'll be doing:
In this active and varied role, you'll be the hero of hygiene, ensuring our site is spotless and safe. Your daily adventures will include:
- Bin Mastery: Regularly emptying and cleaning of recycling and general waste bins throughout the premises.
- Housekeeping Hero: Day-to-day housekeeping and maintenance duties, including regular cleaning of the warehouse floors and litter picking to keep our site in tip-top shape.
- Beverage Boss: Refilling and maintaining coffee and water machines for our hardworking staff and visitors.
- Compactor Commander: Regularly cleaning compactors and washing racking in the warehouse, as well as monitoring stock aisles for empty cardboard boxes and managing their removal.
What we're looking for:
- A friendly, positive attitude and prior experience in warehouse cleaning.
- Knowledge of proper waste disposal procedures and safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Physical stamina for standing tasks, walking, and some lifting.
