A bit about the role:
As our newest tech guru, you'll be the go-to person for customers needing help with their gadgets. From troubleshooting hardware and software issues to providing top-notch support for PCs, peripherals, and Windows 11, you'll make tech troubles disappear!
You'll engage with customers via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring they feel heard and supported. Your role will primarily focus on PC-based support, but you'll also dive into Inbound Sales and Customer Services, occasionally dazzling customers in our showroom with your tech knowledge.
Collaboration is key in this role. You'll work closely with our Repairs and Warehouse teams and interact with our Business Sales Team to gain a strong understanding of our operations. During training, you'll get hands-on experience with our latest products and have opportunities to attend sessions with industry giants like Microsoft, Intel, and Nvidia.
This is a role where you can truly make a difference, seeing first-hand the impact you have on our customers and our business.
What we need:
We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) who can explain tech stuff patiently and without any confusing jargon. A genuine passion for all things tech and IT, with experience in a similar role, is essential.
You should love learning new skills and getting involved in different areas of the business. Team spirit and flexibility to support your colleagues whenever needed are a must. Most importantly, you need to by fully motivated and focussed on providing an amazing customer experience, every single time.
