We’re looking for a committed team player and experienced customer support champion to join our passionate and hard working Sales Support Team.
A bit about the role:
As a Trainee Account Manager joining our Sales Support Team, you'll be providing first class customer service and support to our internal Account Managers and external corporate customers.
You'll be working closely with our fantastic team of Account Managers on a day-to-day basis, helping to ensure our B2B customers receive the best possible experience and support in their endeavours. You'll be handling requests from our Managed Accounts Team to assist with quotes, orders and returns, as well as any other admin work required to keep our customers projects on track.
During your time as a Sales Support Executive, you'll have the opportunity to expand your knowledge and hands-on experience with our range of products and services during your initial training period. You'll also be building relationships around the wider organisation, working together to achieve our overall end goal of giving the customer the best possible journey.
As a Trainee, you'll have the opportunity to work with some of our smaller accounts, to build up an order book before progressing to a more senior account manager, with the ultimate goal of moving over to our Managed Accounts Team.
What we need from you:
Previous experience working in customer service roles is a must. Ensuring our customers always receive the highest level of customer service, you'll need to demonstrate excellent communication skills alongside a professional telephone manner.
The successful candidate will be able to problem solve and find solutions when problems arise, sometimes under pressure.

Sales Support is a mix of brilliantly passionate people who share a common focus in doing the best for our customers. The team work three days a week in the office together and often celebrate being in the office with food! The rest of the week they work from home but still maintain close contact to keep the team buzz alive. There's always a good chat on the go and fun vibes, in-between ensuring they deliver exceptional customer experiences. They are looking forward to having someone new join the team!
