The base salary is between £22,000pa and £24,000pa (dependant on experience). With the support and training we provide, you can easily achieve in your first year a minimum of £30,000pa OTE, due to the achievable step up targets we set. Your earning potential though is based on your success, so your OTE can be a lot higher with our generous uncapped commission and quarterly bonus scheme.
