Cadwell Park is one of the UK’s most picturesque race circuits and is owned and operated by Motorsport Vision. Throughout the 2026 race season the circuit hosts some of the UK’s most iconic motorsport events, including the British Superbike Championship, the Retro Touring Car weekend and the Cadwell Park Vintage Sportscar Festival.

We are looking to add an additional member of staff to our hardworking and dedicated catering team at the circuit. Working in our Clubhouse bar, this role involves serving drinks and providing great customer service to guests during busy race weekends and evening events.

Role Overview

• Seasonal position running April to the end of September
• Approximately 8 weekends off during the season
• Typical shifts include:
• Friday evenings: 17:30 – 23:30
• Saturday evenings: 18:00 – 23:30
• Occasional weekend daytime shifts: 12:00 – 18:30
• Serving a range of alcoholic drinks and beverages to guests
• Working as part of a friendly catering team in the circuit clubhouse

Requirements

• Must be aged 18 or over (licensing requirements)
• Previous bar experience preferred, but full training will be provided
• Full driving licence essential due to the circuit’s rural location
• Friendly, reliable and able to work in a fast-paced event environment
