As we look ahead to the 2026 season at Snetterton race circuit, we are seeking reliable and enthusiastic individuals to join our Midweek Marshal team. This paid role supports the safe and efficient running of midweek test days, track days, and other on-circuit activities. As a marshal, you’ll work trackside as part of a professional team, assisting with incident response, flag duties, and general circuit operations to help ensure a safe environment for drivers and visitors.

This is an excellent opportunity for motorsport enthusiasts who enjoy working outdoors, thrive as part of a team, and want flexible, part-time, hands-on experience in a fast-paced race circuit environment.

Marshal duties will include:

  • Track safety and incident response: Monitoring on-track activity, responding quickly to incidents such as spins, breakdowns, or collisions, and helping to recover vehicles safely
  • Flag signalling: Displaying flags to communicate track conditions to drivers to ensure driver safety at all times
  • Driver assistance: Checking on driver welfare after incidents and helping them exit vehicles safely when required
  • Track inspections: Checking the circuit before, during, and after sessions for debris, fluid spills, or damage to barriers
  • Communication: Maintaining clear communication with race control and other marshal posts via radio
  • Fire and first response support: Assisting with fire extinguishers and providing initial response support until specialist teams arrive (training provided)

Experience, skills or qualifications in these areas would be useful but not essential, as full training will be provided prior to you starting. Working as a paid Track Safety Marshal it is vital that you enjoy working outdoors in an exciting and busy environment.

Hours will mainly consist of Monday - Friday working an 8 hour day. However this role will involve working evenings and occasional weekends. Due to the nature of our business, the successful candidates must be willing to work a flexible shift pattern which will total on average 3 - 5 days a week.
