Are you a highly organised and dedicated individual with a passion for single-seater motorsport? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic championship environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join the MSV team as our GB3 and GB4 Championship Manager.

GB3 is a proven feeder series to FIA Formula 3 and higher categories, with several rounds taking place in Europe. GB4 meanwhile is a UK-based entry-level championship, designed for aspiring young drivers taking their first steps in single seater racing.

MSV works tirelessly to ensure all its events are meticulously planned and professionally delivered, and we are currently seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable individual to lead the organisational, sporting and administrative management of the GB3 and GB4 Championships.

Job duties will involve:

  • Managing the day-to-day sporting, operational, and administrative delivery of the GB3 and GB4 Championships
  • Reviewing, updating, and publishing Sporting and Technical Regulations in consultation with organising club MSVR, teams, and governing bodies
  • Processing race entries, payments, registrations, licences, and championship documentation
  • Maintaining accurate entry lists, championship points, standings, bulletins, and official communications
  • Liaising closely with teams, drivers, and service providers
  • Overseeing pre-season planning, scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation
  • Organising pre-season and pre-event testing, liaising with all promoters/organisers/circuits being visited
  • Negotiating testing schedules, track time requirements and associated commercial arrangements
  • Managing the delivery of race weekends, including paddock operations, driver and guest hospitality, timing, scrutineering coordination, and official documentation
  • Leading on podium ceremonies, championship branding requirements, and media coordination where relevant
  • Acting as the primary point of championship contact for ASNs, circuits, the FIA, and other stakeholders, including TV production
  • Liaison with the Race Director, Clerk of the Course, and stewards for both championships, assisting with their requirements where possible during events
  • Managing championship, TV broadcast, travel, and accommodation budgets, raising purchase orders, and processing invoices and expenses where required
  • Handling day-to-day enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
  • Overseeing championship prizes, including accurate representation on web, digital media and in championship regulations
  • Supporting the commercial team with partner deliverables, guest operations, and stakeholder commitments
  • Representing the championships professionally at all UK and European race events
  • Working alongside the MSV motorsport team on future year event calendar planning

For this role you will require:

  • Excellent organisational, project management, and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of motorsport governance, technical/sporting regulations, and event operations
  • Experience in professional-level national or international motor racing preferred
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A flexible approach to working hours and the ability to travel to UK and European venues as required

The GB3 and GB4 Championship Manager position will be based full time at Brands Hatch race circuit. Core working hours are 42.5 hours Monday to Friday, but hours are ultimately driven by business needs, including attendance of all race weekends. The list of 2026 GB3 and GB4 rounds can be found here.  

Next season GB3 will travel outside the UK to Spa Francorchamps (30/31 May), Hungaroring (4/5 July), Red Bull Ring (11/12 July) and Circuit de Barcelona (7/8 November). This does mean that you will need to be able to travel freely in and out of the country.
