Brands Hatch is one of the UK’s most prestigious race circuits, owned and operated by the Motorsport Vision Group (MSV). Throughout the 2025 race season Brands Hatch has and will play host to some of the UKs biggest motor racing championships including the Fanatec GT World Challenge, Bennetts British Superbikes & BTCC. Alongside our race events we host some of the UK’s biggest automotive festivals including American Speedfest and our renowned Trucks and Fireworks Finale.

We are currently seeking a dynamic Hospitality and Events Coordinator to work with our Hospitality and Events Manager overseeing all hospitality functions at the circuit. Brands Hatch boasts two corporate hospitality floors hosting up to four hundred guests for raceday hospitality, meetings, conferences and corporate driving experiences. Along with fifty-six independent Brabham Stewart suites offering fantastic views overlooking the start/finish line.

Collaborating closely with both the Corporate Sales and Catering team, the Hospitality and Events Coordinator will assist in orchestrating unforgettable hospitality experiences for our guests.

Job duties will involve:

  • Contact for up to forty annual suite holders with extensive relationship management
  • Administrative duties including
    • Preparation and distribution of function sheets
    • Briefing documents
    • Keep our internal CRM database up to date with accurate customer records and event details
    • Event/conference critique forms data collection & entry and help compile summaries
  • Event specific preparation including room set up, internal and external signage
  • Ensuring invoices are raised by the sales team and that clients adhere to the standard MSV payment terms
  • As required, check annual suite holder contracts and maintain a positive relationship with suite holders, ensuring other members of the department do the same
  • Collate health & safety documentation as required from clients
  • Maintaining an accurate and up to date purchase order system, taking responsibility for raising purchase orders for the dept once approved by the Hospitality and Events Manager

You will be / have:

  • Previous front of house experience within the Hospitality and Events Industry
  • Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent
  • Excellent written and spoken English­­­­
  • To be a good communicator at any level, both written and verbal, with an eye for accurate detail
  • Excellent organisation and planning skills
  • Strong teamwork ethic within and between departments
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
  • Ability to demonstrate a meticulous level of attention to detail
  • Highly motivated and energetic with a can-do attitude
  • Willing to work long hours, including evenings and weekends

This is a permanent position based on 42.5 hours a week including weekends. Given the dynamic demands of our events, adaptability to varying working hours, particularly during weekends and evenings will be essential. A full UK driving licence is also essential for this role due to the need to travel to various areas across the site.
