Catering Assistant - Oulton Park

Oulton Park is one of the UK’s most prestigious and picturesque race circuits, owned and operated by the Motorsport Vision Group (MSV). We are currently looking for a dynamic Catering Assistant to join our Catering and Hospitality team here at Oulton Park. You’ll be working together to ensure our customers’ needs are met both at the high-capacity Chequers Restaurant and in our hospitality suites in the Fogarty Moss Centre.

Job Duties will include:

• Assisting with front of house duties including keeping condiments and self serve counter stocked up
• Moving furniture, tables & chairs between function rooms
• Assisting on the servery and bar when required
• Assisting with taking in bar and kitchen deliveries
• Serving customers both on a till / servery
• Ensure any maintenance issues are reported

Requirements of the Role

• Previous experience in a similar environment is preferable
• Exceptionally high standards of service
• A high level of personal hygiene
• Great customer service
• Good interpersonal skills
• Experience working to food hygiene regulations is desirable

Due to the nature of the business, the successful candidate will need to have a flexible approach to working hours, especially weekends and Bank Holidays, as these are our busiest times. You’ll also need a full UK driving licence as this role will involve driving vehicles around site.
