A great opportunity has arisen to join the MotorSport Vision Trackdays (MSVT) team, based at Brands Hatch Circuit, to sell a range of products including bike and car track days, race licence tests and circuit training.

You will have a varied role, actively selling to individuals, clubs and corporate clients by phone, in person and in writing. You will also keep in touch with existing customers to answer their queries and help manage their bookings.

Main duties of the role will be:

  • Identifying and prospecting new clients / customers
  • Cultivating strong, long-term relationships with existing clients
  • Acting as the main point of contact for customers, prior to their trackday
  • Answering inbound enquiries via telephone and email
  • Ensuring sales targets are being met and exceeded each month
  • Maximising revenues using a variety of sales methods
  • Identifying opportunities for upselling to existing clients
  • Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities and market developments

To succeed in this role, you will:

  • Have previous sales experience in at least one other role
  • Work well under your own initiative
  • Be able to demonstrate excellent written and spoken English
  • Be a good communicator with an excellent telephone manner
  • Have strong Outlook, Word and Excel skills
  • Work well under pressure
  • Have a keen eye for detail
  • Work well in a team

The role is predominantly office-based but you will be required to attend some MSVT events and carry out promotional activity at major race meetings on weekends such as British Superbikes and British Touring Cars, at both Brands Hatch and other MSV circuits. The role is being offered on a 42.5 hour contract. Due to the location and the need to travel between circuits, a full UK driving licence is essential for the role.
