As part of our commitment to provide an outstanding customer experience at Brands Hatch circuit, we are looking to further enhance our Event Operations team and are seeking an enthusiastic Operations Co-ordinator to start work ASAP in a full time permanent position.

Whilst this is primarily an office based position, there will be an expectation for this person to be committed in assisting the operations team with event setup and basic maintenance when required. Therefore both administration skills and a willingness to work outside will be essential to being successful in this role.

Job duties will include:

  • Completing general operation set up duties and help with onsite event preparation
  • Managing the distribution of race event items such as winners caps, programmes & media tabards
  • Installation of temporary site signage
  • Completion of event briefing documents
  • Assisting with reaching the venues sustainability targets
  • Raising Purchase orders as required
  • Providing general administrative support to the operations team
  • Providing set up and operational support to the hospitality team
  • Overseeing the residents passes applications
  • Monitoring and updating Compliance Centre documentation
  • Coordination of the event ticket requests
  • Being the primary contact for incoming phone calls and the Brands Hatch general inbox
  • Liaising with local residents around specific events including horse owners

You will have / be:

  • Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Previous administration experience within an office environment
  • Full UK driving licence is essential due to travelling around site
  • Excellent organisation and planning skills
  • Strong teamwork ethic within and between departments
  • Flexible approach and ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
  • Comprehensive computer skills to include proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
