Host / Hostess

PalmerSport, the leading operator of prestige corporate motorsport events, owning and operating the Bedford Autodrome circuit, is looking for a Part Time Host / Hostess to join our events team. In this role you will be providing our top corporate clients with an exceptional level of customer service and ensuring guests end the day having had an exceptional day with Palmersport.

Job duties include:

• Providing our clients with an exceptional customer service experience
• Working with various departments to ensure any guest enquires are dealt with
• Greeting guests upon arrival to the venue
• Escorting guests to their high-performance race vehicles
• Setting up hospitality suites ahead of guests’ arrival
• Promoting the Palmersport brand
• Ensuring the hospitality suites are kept clean for the next day’s events

For this role you will be / have:

• An exceptional standard of customer service
• A Full UK driving license (Essential)
• Previous host / hostess work would be desirable but not essential
• Ability to work as part of a team
• An outgoing and fun personality
• Good communication skills both written and spoken

This Host / Hostess role will be on a casual contract basis. Shifts can vary week to week depending on demand so an element of flexibility is essential between parties.
