I was drawn here by both the purpose and the people. The belief that success comes from looking after people and customers is evident in so many ways. We are a team that looks after each other and others. I love hearing from our customers, understanding their journeys and am in awe of their bravery. Everything we do is in service of them living their best life. I couldn’t ask for a more rewarding purpose than that.
