About the Role
We are looking for a driven and proactive Quality Auditor to conduct quality monitoring that tests and ensures key customer interactions are consistent with regulatory requirements, and meet the quality standards expected to deliver fair outcomes for our customers.
Providing a high standard of feedback to front line employees to support continuous improvement.
Monitoring and reporting on quality for all tasks, ensuring teams are achieving their targets.
