We are currently looking for 3 experienced Head Chefs and 6 chefs to join our team at our waterfront entertainment complex at the incredible Bunn Leisure.
What we are looking for :
- A team player who will be a real mentor for a team
- A "can do" attitude
- Following specification for dishes
- Ordering and wastage control
- Food safety standards at a high level to maintain 5 stars
- Monitoring labour, creating rotas
- Charisma and a positive personality
- Working in a professional way in a busy environment
Maintaining positive communication amongst the team
