We’re looking for flexible, friendly Bank Staff to support our cafés at MAKE Café and John Pound Centre. You’ll help deliver first‑class customer service, support our kitchen teams, and mentor people with learning disabilities, helping them build skills and confidence.

What you’ll do:

  • Serve customers, teas, coffees & light lunches
  • Support food preparation and kitchen standards
  • Use a barista-style coffee machine
  • Create positive, inclusive customer experiences
