At the Aldingbourne Country Centre, we are passionate about creating a fun, safe and memorable experience for every visitor. As a Seasonal Visitor Experience Team Member, you’ll play an important part in helping us deliver exceptional customer service across our café, retail shop, farm, events programme and visitor areas.

⭐ About the Role
You’ll work across different teams to ensure all visitors enjoy a warm welcome and a great day out. One day you may be helping to care for our animals, and the next you might be serving food, supporting an event, or assisting customers in the shop. It’s a varied and rewarding role in a lively, friendly environment that’s open all year round.

We are looking for people who are self-motivated, able to work weekends and public holidays, natural communicators, and true team players.
