Join us for an exciting job opportunity to support adults with learning disabilities at The Aldingbourne Country Centre (PO18 0JP) in the Performing Arts!
You'll play a key role in empowering the people we support (PWS) to express themselves creatively and take active, meaningful roles in developing and delivering performances.

The Group Lead will deliver fun and inclusive key skills learning sessions, ensuing the PWS develop skills and get the most out of their day sessions with us, promoting development and independence and documenting progression and support requirements. 

They will be supported by the Senior Support Team and will liaise closely with our Events Team to add value to our program of Visitor Events and also look to develop the group as a social enterprise delivering valued services to the community.  

Experience in music, drama, dance and other performing arts is desirable as well as the ability to motivate, support and create positive outcomes.  

 Core hours to be cover  - 9.00 to 3.00 - 30 hours rota
