Jobs & Volunteering
The Aldingbourne Trust cares about its staff – we believe that to provide fantastic support to our clients, our employees need to be treated well.
Looking for temporary work?
We are looking for Temporary Workers (on a zero hour contract) to join our team of Support Workers working predominantly in and around the Bognor Regis area.
Whilst we have regretfully needed to close our services that are open to the public due to the Covid19 virus we still need to continue to ensure the people we support are safe and well, not just physically but also emotionally. We are currently recruiting staff on a temporary contract through our Supported Employment Service.
The people we support live in their own flats in the community and have a learning disability and / or autism – this role may involve “touching base” with people by telephone or online to minimise social isolation or preparing food and delivering food parcels amongst other supported living tasks.
We would welcome anyone with previous experience in working in the care industry and anyone with a sense of adventure, enthusiasm, and lots of passion to help others to apply.
To ensure the safety of everyone please be rest assured that all areas of support with be conducted and reviewed daily in line with Government Guidelines on social distancing.
Full support and training will be provided.
Hourly rate £8.78 -£9.11 (starting salary dependent on skills and experience)
We are particularly interested in people who have previously worked in care who find themselves temporarily without work.
For more information or for an informal chat please email or call Julie Williams on 07985 517035, Support Workers Direct Manager.
