University of Chichester Multi-Academy Trust Full-time, although part-time will be considered The University of Chichester Academy Trust is an innovative Trust and our passion is to improve educational outcomes for children and young people. We work collaboratively and share the same values with our 15 academies (900+ staff) across West Sussex, Portsmouth and Hampshire with plans to expand up to 30 academies. The central HR team are located in the beautiful grounds of the University’s Bognor Regis campus, although this post will require you to visit our academies occasionally. People and solutions focused, you will offer a breadth of advice, guidance and support to enable senior leaders to be confident in managing employee issues, in a fair and consistent manner, in line with Trust policies and practices. You will contribute to creating a culture that realises the Trust’s vision and delivers its People Strategy, which through action places the Trust as an Employer of Choice, optimises the use of technology and ensures equality, diversity and inclusion is embedded in all that we do. This is a role that is challenging, varied, rewarding, stimulating and at times demanding, but one which you can make a real difference and a strong impact.
