Academic Registry provides a professional service supporting students, staff and other external agencies, ensuring that records of all students are maintained and accurate, and are seeking an administrator to join their busy team on a part time, one year fixed term contract working 18.5 hours per week.

The role includes providing an enquiry response service and counter service, dealing with enquiries in person, by telephone and through written correspondence and email, and monitoring accuracy and completeness of student data, including data entry in accordance with Academic Registry processes and procedures. This role is predominantly desk based working to tight deadlines and managing high volume tasks. It requires a flexible approach and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Applications are welcome from individuals with experience of education administration, ideally within an HE environment; and demonstrable capability in literacy and numeracy with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
