Target Professional Services help Pension companies and financial organisations to locate people and connect them to their pension or savings.

An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Trace team. We are looking for someone with an inquisitive mind, who loves a challenge and enjoys problem solving. Full training will be given.

Your day to day activities will include:

• Using cutting edge desktop and trace technology, you will be instrumental in locating missing members and reuniting them with their pension schemes and investments
• You will be responsible for updating member details in our database and managing your workload to ensure that we deliver projects on time
• Make outbound phone calls to verify members
• Answer inbound phone calls when required
• Respond to member portal
• Conduct mortality and trace investigations
• Adhere to UK GDPR and Data Protection legislation
• Maintain a strict confidentiality on all company business
• Provide support as required throughout the company
