We are recruiting for a Senior Community & Events Fundraising Officer

Role Purpose

Working within Stonepillow’s Income Generation team, the Senior Community & Events Fundraising Officer will lead and grow Stonepillow’s events, challenge events and community fundraising activity, generating unrestricted income and building long term relationships with supporters.

Key Areas:

Events & Challenge Fundraising

  • Lead Stonepillow’s events fundraising function, taking ownership of the planning, coordination, delivery and evaluation of Stonepillow led fundraising events.
  • Develop and deliver an annual programme of fundraising events, identifying opportunities to grow income, participation and supporter engagement.
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, venues, suppliers, volunteers and event day delivery.
  • Monitor event and challenge income, expenditure and performance against agreed targets and KPIs.

Community Fundraising & Supporter Stewardship

  • Proactively build new relationships across the local community, actively identifying and pursuing new fundraising opportunities.
  • Be a visible representative of Stonepillow, attending community events, networking opportunities, talks and presentations.

CRM & Reporting

  • Work closely with the Partnerships and Community Fundraising Manager and wider Income Generation team to deliver Stonepillow’s fundraising plan and agreed income targets.
  • Maintain accurate supporter, event and fundraising information on Donorfy and ensure appropriate stewardship activity is recorded.
