Position:                   Day Hub Team Leader

Location:                  Covering both Arun and Chichester locations

Salary:                       £26,511pa

Hours:                       37hrs per week worked flexibly to suit the needs of the service

We are looking for a highly motivated Team Leader to lead our day hub services across Arun and Chichester, supporting the Community Outreach Manager with the coordination and delivery of our services.

This is an exciting role which requires you to have strength in leadership and managing challenging situations. The role will involve supervising and providing ongoing training and support for hub teams and working closely with other project teams to share best practice to provide trauma informed support to our homeless and rough sleeper clients.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate appropriate knowledge and experience of supporting homeless clients, some with mental ill health and substance misuse issues, to move into and maintain independent living.  This needs to be delivered within the model of a Psychologically Informed Environment.

It is essential that you have a non-judgmental and enabling approach to supporting single homeless and vulnerable adults and have experience and knowledge of health housing and work issues facing service users who are in recovery.
