The Ecommerce Coordinator - Amazon is responsible for managing and optimising the company’s presence on Amazon. This role coordinates all aspects of the online sales process, including the creation, enhancement, and performance analysis of product listings. Working closely with office and fulfilment teams, the role ensures smooth operations while maintaining full compliance with Amazon marketplace policies.
Although this is a fixed term contract (March / April 2026 for one year of maternity cover), there is the possibility that you could be offered a permanent position after the fixed term date has passed.

Key Responsibilities
Amazon Listing Management
- Create and manage Amazon product listings, including single units, cases, and bundles
- Ensure new products are correctly attached to existing listings where applicable
- Generate and manage unique product barcodes
- Optimise listings by managing images, calculating pricing, and selecting relevant keywords
Performance Optimisation & Analysis
- Manage and maintain Amazon account health by monitoring metrics, addressing performance notifications, and implementing corrective actions.
- Conduct ongoing analysis of listing performance and sales data
- Update listings proactively to maintain competitiveness and secure Buy Box (Win Box) ownership
- Monitor courier performance, delivery status and competitiveness
Systems & Integration
- Ensure accurate mapping and integration of Amazon listings within Linnworks
Compliance & Risk Management
- Monitor compliance with Amazon marketplace policies
- Identify and resolve flagged issues, warnings, or account-related risks promptly
Orders, Returns & Claims
- Support with customer refunds, replacements and returns efficiently
- Monitor listings for damaged items or lost orders
- Initiate courier claims when required
- Review and challenge Amazon refund claims to minimise financial loss
Fulfilment & Internal Coordination
- Liaise with the Amazon Fulfilment Manager regarding stock levels, packing quality, operational updates and deputise / cover absences where needed
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve stock, quality, and logistics issues
Customer Service & Reputation Management
- Respond promptly to customer and stakeholder enquiries via phone and email within agreed response times
- Manage negative reviews and address customer feedback and messages to maintain positive seller ratings
Skills & Experience
Essential Skills
- Experience managing Amazon Seller Central, including product listings, pricing, and performance monitoring
- Strong understanding of Amazon marketplace policies and compliance requirements
- Ability to optimise product listings using keywords, images, and pricing strategies
- Experience handling refunds, returns, claims, and customer communications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and listing performance metrics
- High attention to detail, particularly in product setup, mapping, and data accuracy
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal coordination and customer interaction
Experience
- Previous experience in an ecommerce, online retail, or marketplace-focused role
- Hands-on experience managing Amazon listings, orders, and account health
- Experience working with fulfilment teams, warehouses, or third-party logistics providers
- Experience responding to customer enquiries and managing reviews or feedback on marketplaces
Desirable (Not Essential)
- Knowledge of Buy Box (Win Box) optimisation strategies
- Familiarity with courier claims processes and inventory discrepancy management
- Experience supporting bulk or B2B orders via Amazon
