This is an exciting opportunity to partner closely with our Operations team, providing financial insight and challenge across the supply chain function. - Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning activities for the Operations function.
- Deliver meaningful financial analysis, modelling and scenario planning.
- Support investment cases, innovation projects and operational improvement initiatives.
- Analyse operational and financial performance, identifying risks, opportunities and actions.
- Support inventory management, working capital performance and stock-related reporting.
- Participate in S&OP processes and ensure financial implications are reflected in business plans.
- Maintain strong financial controls, balance sheet oversight and compliance activities.
We're looking for someone who combines strong financial expertise with excellent relationship-building skills. You'll likely bring:
- A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
- Experience in a Finance Business Partner, Commercial Finance or Operations Finance role.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and management accounting.
- Experience supporting supply chain, manufacturing, operations or product-based businesses.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and constructively challenging where needed.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience using financial and ERP systems.
- Understanding of inventory management, standard costing and working capital principles.
This is an opportunity to make a real impact in a values-led business where sustainability, wellbeing and continuous improvement are at the heart of everything we do. In return, you'll join a collaborative team, work closely with business leaders and play an important role in helping shape the future of a well-loved brand.
