Customer Advisor (Spitalfields)

You'll be bringing the 'WOW' to our customers day – everyday

As our Customer Advisor, you'll be there right from the start as we open the door on a brand new store in Spitalfields Market. You'll be part of our friendly team making the connection between Neals Yard Remedies and our customers. This is a great time to thrive in a fun and collaborative environment, providing a high touch customer experience to an all new audience.

You'll be supporting the Store Manager in maximising sales opportunities, using your warm and caring approach, to build lasting relationship with a customer inspired approach.

You will be part of our knowledgeable and friendly team who are passionate about sharing their experience on skincare, our products, wellness, and therapies, giving expert advice to guide customers in finding the best products for their needs.

You’ll be a real people person, able to handle ever changing priorities with ease, naturally friendly and approachable with a caring attitude and comfortable to demonstrate products.

This is the perfect opportunity to showcase your ability to tell stories and bring our guided skin care trials to life.

Various contracts available, at 12, 18 and 24 hours
