Alongside leading suppliers, partners and manufacturers to bring pioneering, breakthrough formulations to life, setting new benchmarks in clean, sustainable beauty.

What you’ll have:

• Proven experience formulating within beauty, skincare, or personal care.
• Strong technical knowledge of formulation chemistry, ingredient functionality, and product stability.
• Passion for natural, clean, or eco‑certified formulations and sustainable ingredient sourcing.
• A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused mindset, able to manage multiple projects at once.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working cross‑functionally and with external partners.
• Degree (or equivalent experience) in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Ability to build compelling product propositions and support a culture of innovation.
