Manufacturing Team Leader

As our Manufacturing Team Leader you’ll have a pivotal role in achieving our ambition of world-class manufacturing. You’ll ensure operational excellence on shift, driving productivity, quality, and compliance. In this role, you’ll lead a team to deliver against production plans and KPIs while ensuring Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Health & Safety standards are upheld. You’ll drive efficiency and minimise waste through effective scheduling and resource management, champion continuous improvement, and support scale-up initiatives. Building team capability through training, coaching, and performance development will be central to your success.

What you’ll have

• Strong leadership skills: able to motivate, influence, and develop others.
• Experience in FMCG manufacturing with a track record of continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational ability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Flexible and adaptable to meet business needs.
