As our Assistant Product Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of innovative, efficacious products that delight our customers and make a real difference. Sitting at the heart of our Product Development team, you’ll help drive the NPD process – from concept to launch – ensuring every product reflects our values and commitment to people and planet.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate, proactive individual who thrives on creativity, collaboration, and seeing ideas come to life.

What you’ll do
  • Support the full product development journey: from creating briefs and coordinating consumer insight activities to tracking projects and ensuring finished goods land on time, in full, and within cost.
  • Translate macro trends and consumer insights into product opportunities, influencing packaging, formulation, fragrance, claims, and design.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the Brand team to align product development activities and deliver a compelling product pipeline.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners – from research and manufacturing to design agencies – confidently preparing briefs, gathering feedback, and supporting project documentation.
  • Manage timelines and consolidate information for stakeholders, driving alignment and approvals at key decision points.
What you’ll bring
  • Some experience or strong interest in product development, ideally within beauty, wellness, FMCG, or a similar consumer-led environment.
  • Curiosity and awareness of consumer needs and market trends, with the ability to translate insights into product ideas or recommendations.
  • A proactive, organised mindset and a genuine passion for beauty and wellbeing.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and communicate effectively across teams.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and a solution-focused approach.
  • A natural team player who thrives in cross-functional environments and champions continuous improvement.
