Interim Project Manager

Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a flair for gifting and a passion for delivering high-impact seasonal products?

We’re looking for an experienced and agile professional to lead the cross-functional delivery of our gifting projects.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on interim role where you’ll play a pivotal part in ensuring our seasonal NPD and EPD launches land on time, on budget, and with maximum impact.

6-MONTH INTERIM CONTRACT

Can be based in either London or Dorset, with hybrid working, or 100% remote 

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead end-to-end project management of gifting initiatives, ensuring all milestones are met within tight seasonal timelines.
• Develop and manage critical paths, ensuring smooth coordination across product development, packaging, and logistics.
• Collaborate with Brand, Ops, and Supply Chain teams to drive timely sign-offs, manage risks, and maintain project health using RAG status reporting.
• Chair weekly project delivery meetings and act as the central point of contact for all gifting-related updates.
• Monitor budgets, quality standards, and delivery deadlines, ensuring all workstreams (e.g. BOMs, product data, artworks) are resourced and on track.
• Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of seasonal project delivery processes.

What you’ll need:

• Proven experience managing gifting-focused projects, ideally within beauty, FMCG, or consumer goods.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple fast-paced projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Project, Planner, and ideally Power BI.
• Familiarity with NetSuite is a plus.
• PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent qualification.
• A proactive, collaborative mindset with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
