Receptionist (Therapy Rooms)

First impressions really do count and you’ll be the one making them

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to join our flagship store in Covent Garden.  These are fixed term contracts to cover maternity leave.  You'll be happy to approach customers, opening conversations and thrive on providing a high level customer experience.  

You'll be a vital part of our team and enjoy a fun, fast-paced working environment, providing a  comprehensive reception support service.  You'll be the first point of contact for our therapy rooms, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere for our clients, therapists and team. 

With a caring and knowledgeable approach , you'll share your experience on wellness and therapies, manage the therapists diaries and actively promote their services.

You’ll be a real people person, able to handle ever changing priorities with ease, and be a superstar at planning and organising.

What you'll have:

• You'll be friendly and approachable with proven experience in a similar role
• You'll be confident with the ability to build great relationships and highly confidential in your approach
• Naturally friendly, diplomatic and compassionate.
• Previous experience of using databases/systems
• Excellent IT skills, including the use of Microsoft packages
• An eagle eye for detail is imperative as is the ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload
