First impression really do count and you'll be one making them
You will handle and convert enquiries from initial stage, delivering bespoke customer journeys with a focus on meetings and events for our corporate clients. Outstanding communication skills and a passion for attention to detail, are required to build strong working relationships with customers and across the group. You will actively represent Goodwood as part of this role, acting as an ambassador for the estate.
With substantial experience in a customer facing sales role and the confidence to manage multiple stakeholder relationships, with a drive to convert business into high-end experiences.
Qualities you'll need:
- 2 years experience in a sales and planning environment
- Positive and friendly with a "can do" attitude
- Strong ability to prioritise and organise
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to create WOW moments
- You'll be a creative thinker
