Casual Guest Relations Host

Our 4* Hotel is the gateway to the Goodwood Estate and all it has to offer. The team of Hosts provide a personalised and memorable welcome to all of our guests, setting the scene for their stay.  

As a Guest Relations Host you will often be the first and last people that our guests interact with, so it is vital that you are a friendly, enthusiastic person who thrives on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

We are looking to recruit a hospitality superstar to join our friendly team.

What do you need to be successful?

Experience of working in a customer facing role, ideally in the hospitality or leisure industry
Great communication skills, with fluency in written and spoken English.
A people person who can demonstrate great attention to detail.
